Pavelog data logging

On the job Pavelog logs all events that are of any influence on the quality of the end result. Accurate logging of actual and average asphalt used (kg/m²), completed road (m), slope (%), asphalt temperatures (°C) etc... This way there can always be determined what happened on a job site afterwards. Pavelog uses state of the art technology so any optional expansions are easy to add. For instance connecting several special sensors like humidity sensors, sensor for air temperatures and GPS has already been taken into account.

Pavelog on the job

Besides data logging, Pavelog offers a lot of useful information for practical use on the job. These days the job site manager is getting more and more paper work. This paper work often is related to the actual processing of the asphalt (during paving). Pavelog provides very useful information for the manager as well as the machine operator. Normally this information would be generated after time consuming manual measurements. For instance information about how much asphalt is being used per m² on a current load as well as the average on the whole job is available at the touch of a button/screen.

Also useful on relatively smaller jobs information about crown and working width are displayed. The touch screen uses graphic symbols for easy control Pavelog. How to use the screens and functions is easy to learn. On a single screen the current job status is clearly displayed.


Pavelog data

All logged data is available through wireless technology. Data concerning production and quality are retrievable at the office at any time through the Internet. The communication for Pavelog is handled by a special communication server. Data is stored separately for every company or department and can only be accessed by specified users.
