MOBA Digital Controller
The "brains" behind the MOBA-Matic system is the Digital controller. Constructed of robust aluminium and waterproof the MOBA Digital Controller is able to withstand rough treatment and the shock and vibration of high compaction screeds.
A Key feature of the MOBA Digital controller is that it can work with a whole variety of reference sensors including Ultra-Sonic, Laser, Mechanical, Slope and the Road Scanning System. All you need to do is plug the sensor type into the one controller and it is instantly recognised and ready to work. This flexibility allows the MOBA-Matic to cope with a varying range of tasks on site. Operation for your paving or milling staff is so simple with just 4 buttons on the control face - no matter the sensor application the controller always works in the same way every time.
The Digital controller has the ability to think for it's self - well almost. The controller can detect irregular deviations from the sensor and ignore them. For example if a large object is placed directly under an ultrasonic sensor the controller recognises this as an error and does not attempt to adjust the control depth
MOBA Sonic Ski
The patented MOBA Sonic-Ski is the only grade sensor fitted with multiple ultra-sonic sensors. Five sensors determine the distance from the reference, while the sixth is used to compensate for temperature variation - no annoying bale arm to get in the way! When ground sensing or matching a join the Sonic Ski uses five sensors to calculate average height compensating for surface irregularities. In string line sensing the Sonic Ski is accurate to +/- 2 mm across the entire sensing width of 25 cm.
MOBA Digi Rotary Sensor
Great for string line and ground sensing or on top of the mechanical multi foot ski. This digital grade sensor is accurate to 1 mm and comes complete with sensing arm, ski and tube.
MOBA Digital Slope Sensor
The Digital slope sensor is designed to work in the harshest of conditions and is accurate to 0.2%. Simply attach to the Digital Controller and start working!

MOBA Laser Receiver
The MOBA Laser Receiver operates with all conventional rotational lasers. You do not need an additional electrical mast with the MOBA Laser Receiver. You have the freedom of making finite 1 mm adjustments from anywhere in the receiving range - not just the middle of the receiver like other systems.

A grade sensor based on laser technology which detects the average distance to the ground and thus enables operators to use even rough surfaces as a reference for grade control.
